General Terms of Use of the Nomatic Gift Card

The following terms and conditions apply to your Nomatic Gift Cards. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your household and other individuals who purchase, accept, or use a Gift Card under your account.

1. Gift Cards; Available Balance; Redemption  

Nomatic Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Blue Ice s.à.r.l., s.c.a. ("BEI")*. We may refer to BEI and its affiliates using the terms "we," "our," and "us." Gift Cards are sold by Blue Ice s.à.r.l. ("BEI") when purchased on www.nomatic.lu or in another Nomatic store, or may be sold by other authorized distributors at other locations.

You can place a Gift Card on your Nomatic.lu account either during checkout or by visiting the Gift Card balance page on Nomatic.lu. Your Gift Card balance page shows the total remaining value of all Gift Cards loaded onto your account but not yet applied to a purchase ("Available Balance"), as well as your Gift Card usage history. To check your Gift Card balance, visit Your Account on Nomatic.lu. When you choose to use a Gift Card for an eligible purchase, the purchase amount is deducted from your Available Balance. If a purchase exceeds your Available Balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible products on www.nomatic.lu or other Nomatic stores designated by us from time to time.
