Modify Your Order

You can update the address, the payment method, and other information for orders that have not yet entered the shipping process by visiting Your Orders in Your Account.

To modify order information:

1.     Go to Your Orders. 

2.     Select the order you wish to modify. For orders shipped by Nomatic, select Add a Message and submit your request for the changes you want to make.

For orders shipped by a Marketplace seller, you have 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation to modify it. After that, select Contact the Seller to request changes.

Sellers cannot change the shipping address of an order. If you need to update the address and the item has not yet been shipped, request a cancellation and place a new order. 

For orders managed by Nomatic and already shipped, address changes can be requested directly from the carrier responsible for delivery. For more information on how to contact carriers, see the page Carrier Contact Information.
